You have found me, and I am truly grateful that our paths have crossed—or perhaps crossed again.
I named this practice SharingSpring because it reflects what I have witnessed throughout my work as a therapist and in life beyond the therapy room. Just as the first green sprout quietly emerges after a long winter, I have had the privilege of witnessing growth, healing, and resilience alongside my clients. Time and again, I have seen that even in the most difficult seasons, meaningful change is possible. Walking alongside my clients has often felt like discovering and experiencing “spring” together—moments of renewed hope, strength, and possibility.
At SharingSpring, I provide bilingual therapy in English and Korean for teens and adults. Based in Seoul, I offer secure online therapy throughout South Korea, with in-person sessions available in Seoul. Beginning August 7, 2026, in-person sessions will be available at our new office, conveniently located just above Delight Square and directly connected to Hapjeong Subway Station via the underground walkway.
I sincerely appreciate the trust it takes to reach out for support, and I look forward to meeting you and accompanying you on your journey toward healing and growth.
